WHAT IS A POP-UP SHOP?
We run temporary shops that ‘pop up’ in different locations, most likely in a city near you, for just a day or two, typically to coincide with a tour. At the pop-up shops you can access exclusive merchandise and often meet artists in store. Each event differs, so make sure you check the flyer for further info.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY POP-UP SHOP TICKET?
Most of our pop-up shop events are ticketed. All tickets are e-tickets and will be sent out via email to arrive within five days of the event date. You will receive purchase confirmation immediately, and your e-ticket will come through closer to the show date.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
There is no need to print the tickets - as long as you can show your e-ticket or booking confirmation on your mobile or tablet at the door, you will be allowed entry.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I BOUGHT AT A POP-UP SHOP?
Absolutely! All returns must be made within 14 days of original order date. We can process the return in store if we are still in town, or alternatively just package up whatever you would like to return and send it to:

We suggest you use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, just in case! Please note we are not able to cover the return postage fees.
Items that are purchased online cannot be refunded at a pop up shop. These must be returned to the fulfilment centre. You can find more information on this in the refunds and returns section.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SIZE?
Absolutely, go for it! Either exchange in store if possible or return the item(s) according to the instructions above, email us with your order number and let us know which size you’d like to exchange for. We’ll send out your new items as soon as we receive your original ones!
CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?
If you have purchased a ticket to enter a pop-up shop at a certain time and you would like to change it, please get in touch with email@example.com with your order number and desired time slot, and we can change this for you, subject to availability.
I’M RUNNING LATE FOR MY TIME SLOT, WHAT DO I DO?
If you are running late for your time slot, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fit you in to the next available slot.
